Tex-As Salsas
Tex-As Salsas are micro batch, handmade salsas and sauces just like the ones I enjoyed growing up in Texas. I left Texas in 2006 and quickly learned to recreate all the things that I missed from home. I have always enjoyed the simplicity of good food and my products reflect that.
Basic ingredients create an incredible product when combined just right. I take pride in supporting local farmers, producers, and small businesses. Everything that goes into my products is grown or produced right here in New Zealand*, and often even more local in the Manawatu or Horowhenua.
The name Tex-As reflects a blend of my Texas roots and new roots in New Zealand. Come try some Texas-style love in a jar! A lil’ sumpin’ spicy inspired by the Lone Star State!
