Leaving from the Square Palmerston North, you will visit three locations, with interactive experiences, and the sharing of knowledge, plus food at each stop. The last stop features a three course dining experience. Spaces are limited.

Three Oaks Organic Farm has been certified organic for the past 16 years and their regenerative organic farming system allows the maintenance and improvement of soil fertility.
Tex-As Salsas are micro batch, handmade salsas and sauces just like the ones owner Kari enjoyed growing up in Texas. Kari’s always enjoyed the simplicity of good food and her products reflect that.Your first stop is in Himatangi where you'll meet producers Three Oaks Organic, The Egg Project and Tex-As Salsas. You’ll learn the science behind the food, get hands-on experience and enjoy tastings and a micro breakfast serviced with products from all three food producers.

Waikōkopu Grove and Orchard flourishes just off State Highway 1 in Kuku, Horowhenua. They draw upon local Māori knowledge of place to ensure that they create a healthier economic, cultural, social and environmentally sustainable turangawaewae (place to stand) for future generations.
Cartwheel Creamery is an artisan cheese-making company on a mission to make outstanding cheeses that reflect the natural goodness of Pohangina Valley. They believe that the very best cheese can only be made with high quality milk from healthy animals.At your second stop you’ll be getting an exclusive look behind closed doors at Wind River Organics. Here you'll meet producers Ōhau Gourmet Mushrooms, Waikōkopu Grove and Orchard, Cartwheel Creamery and Wind River Organics. Enjoy a hands-on experience harvesting vegetables and taking part in an Oyster Mushroom workshop with Ōhau Gourmet Mushrooms. You’ll then all sit down for a lunch featuring products from all four local producers.
Wind River Organics is a well-established organic dairy farm on the banks of the Manawatū River, just outside of Palmerston North. The farm has been in the family since 1959 and they achieved organic certification in 2004.
